Our Head Chef uses the finest local Welsh produce, where possible, to construct a true culinary treat for our guests. Our most requested dishes are ‘Welsh beef with Penderyn Whisky sauce’ and our ‘Welsh cheese platter’, but please feel free to contact us for our sample menus.
